Project terms & service information
Draft for design review · November 1, 2026
Do It Docks is owned and operated by OhMyCrawl LLC. This website introduces our Long Island dock sales and permitting services. It does not accept orders, deposits, or payments online. An inquiry is a request to discuss a project, not an order or project authorization.
Quotes and scope
Pricing depends on the selected dock system, dimensions, shoreline connections, anchoring, access, delivery, permitting, and other site requirements. Before authorizing work or placing an order, obtain a written quote identifying the products, service scope, responsible providers, applicable taxes and fees, and exclusions.
Permitting services
We can handle the permitting process, but permitting is not free or automatically included in the dock price. Our service charges, government application fees, and third-party expenses must be identified separately in the written proposal. Required approvals depend on your property and project.
We are an independent business and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation or another government agency. No permit approval or review timeline is guaranteed. Work requiring approval must wait for the applicable authorizations.
Installation and third-party work
Installation is arranged separately. Before proceeding, confirm who contracts for the installation, its scope and price, insurance and any required qualifications, schedule, and warranty responsibilities. The dock supply quote should distinguish third-party work from services we provide.
Availability and delivery
Confirm current product specifications, watercraft compatibility, availability, freight charges, unloading responsibilities, and site access before ordering. Delivery dates must be confirmed for the specific order; photographs do not establish stock availability or delivery timing.
Deposits, cancellations, and returns
Deposit amounts, payment milestones, cancellation rights, and any return or restocking conditions must be provided in writing before payment. Custom or specially ordered products may have different conditions from standard products. No blanket “all sales final” rule is established by this preview.
Policy still to be finalized: actual deposit and payment schedule, cancellation and refund conditions, custom-order restrictions, freight/damage procedures, and warranty terms. These must be agreed and reflected here before accepting orders through the live business.
Product information and warranties
Suitability depends on site conditions and the chosen system. Confirm specifications and any manufacturer or service warranty in the written order documents. This website does not promise a universal load capacity, suitability for every shoreline, or an additional warranty.
Photographs
The featured imported dock is shown in an owner-supplied photograph with an edited background. Other dock photographs come from DoItDocks.com. The kayak launch graphic is an illustration. Examples are not a claim that the pictured installation was completed locally.
