Your dock. A complete project conversation.

Owner-supplied floating dock example · Background edited. Specific systems quoted separately.

Product choices. Local project knowledge.

A useful price starts with your waterfront.

A dock-only price does not tell you the complete project cost. We work through the layout, access, intended use, and permitting scope so you can understand what you are buying before you commit.

Dock size & system

The platform dimensions, decking, flotation, configuration, and product choice affect the dock price.

Connections & site access

Gangways, shoreline connections, anchoring, delivery access, and site conditions can change the scope.

Permitting & technical drawings

We prepare technical drawings, applications, submissions, and agency follow-ups. Permitting service charges and government fees are identified separately.

Installation & third-party work

Installation is arranged separately. Any survey, specialist work, delivery, taxes, or installation charges need to be identified in the written project quote.

More than supplying a dock

We handle the permits, too.

We prepare technical drawings, assemble and submit applications, and coordinate agency follow-ups and revisions. Depending on the project, that may involve NYSDEC, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and local towns or villages.

Full permit handling. Clear expectations.

Permitting is a paid service. Our charges, government application fees, and any surveys or specialist work are confirmed separately in writing. Approval, the approved design, and review timelines are not guaranteed; decisions remain with the reviewing authorities. We are an independent business, not a government agency. Installation is arranged separately.

Before you choose

Your questions, answered.

Tell us your town, intended use, rough dimensions, and watercraft details. Shoreline photos can help us understand the project.

How much does a floating dock cost on Long Island?

We quote the specific dock and site rather than publish a price that may leave out essential work. Send your town, rough dimensions, intended use, and shoreline photos to start a pricing discussion.

Are permits included in the dock price?

We handle the permit process as an available part of your project. That does not mean it is free: our permitting charges, government fees, and third-party costs are quoted separately in writing.

Can I compare options before ordering?

Yes. We can discuss suitable dock styles, dimensions, current availability, and what is included in each proposed quote before you decide.
