Product choices. Local project knowledge.

Choose a layout around the way you use the water.

Modular systems are available alongside our other floating dock options. We start with the site and intended use, then check the proposed system and configuration before recommending a layout.

Your layout

Discuss a straight dock, platform, or other configuration based on access, available space, and how you intend to use it.

Your water conditions

Tides, depth, exposure, and anchoring requirements need to be considered. Suitability depends on the specific system and property.

Your boat & access

Bring your boat dimensions and a few shoreline photos. We will work through boarding access, connections, and product compatibility.

Your permitting scope

We prepare the technical drawings and applications for the proposed layout and coordinate with the reviewing agencies as required.

More than supplying a dock

We handle the permits, too.

We prepare technical drawings, assemble and submit applications, and coordinate agency follow-ups and revisions. Depending on the project, that may involve NYSDEC, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and local towns or villages.

Full permit handling. Clear expectations.

Permitting is a paid service. Our charges, government application fees, and any surveys or specialist work are confirmed separately in writing. Approval, the approved design, and review timelines are not guaranteed; decisions remain with the reviewing authorities. We are an independent business, not a government agency. Installation is arranged separately.

Before you choose

Your questions, answered.

Tell us your town, intended use, rough dimensions, and watercraft details. Shoreline photos can help us understand the project.

Do you sell modular floating dock systems on Long Island?

Yes, modular systems are available. Contact us to discuss current product options, availability, and a layout for your Nassau or Suffolk County property.

Can a modular dock be expanded later?

That depends on the system, site, and approved layout. We check compatibility and discuss whether a future change would need additional agency review before making promises.

Is a modular dock right for saltwater or tidal conditions?

We need to review your location and the specific product specifications. We do not assume every modular system is suitable for every Long Island waterfront.
